Bob Andringa served as Quie's director of policy research. His files relate to the general administration of state agencies and departments as well as specific policies and programs of these agencies. Included are annual agency workplans detailing administrative and budgetary objectives and strategies; agency/commissioner files with agency subheadings containing general correspondence, memos, and applications for the filling of director or commissioner positions and with applicant name subheadings containing correspondence relating to the top candidates for those positions; a studies projects file relating to special projects and task forces within departments; and a correspondence and memos file containing Andringa's communications relating to agency policies and operations.
